RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted up to one month to the day after the date of purchase on regularly priced items. Gift cards are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email louandclaireco@gmail.com to receive instructions. 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of your refund email, first contact your bank and your credit card company to verify. If there are any questions after that, you may contact us at louandclaireco@gmail.com

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at louandclaireco@gmail.com  for exchange instructions. 

 

SHIPPING 

Email louandclaireco@gmail.com for return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns must be made with a trackable shipping service, or with shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
